This outline planning application sought permission to erect a four storey care home to the southeast of the roundabout at the junction of Bearsted Road and New Cut Road.
Submitted in July 2018 the application was refused by Maidstone Borough Council in October 2018.
An appeal was lodged and the hearing took place in October 2019.
The appeal was dismissed on April 16th 2020.
