About the Society

Members are kept abreast of important news concerning items in Bearsted, Thurnham and the surrounding area which might affect them.

In addition to sending emails and making occasional leaflet drops this website is regularly updated.

The main impact on members will arise from planning applications for developments in the area and relevant links are provided at the top of the “Home Page” and on the “News Page”, where the link to “Significant Proposals” will list applications and display a map showing developments which will have a critical impact on the area.
